Hyderabadi Marag

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg (bong ka gosht)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (1 tsp full)
  • grind green masala( green chillies, parsley)
  • mutton/ chicken stock 2 cups
  • Lemon 1/2 squeezed
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium- grind

HOW TO PREPARE:

Clean and rinse mutton thoroughly. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, lemon and green masala in mutton and mix completely. put it aside to marinate for half an hour or more.

Now heat ghee in the saucepan and add mutton into it. Mix it until it changes color. after that and 1 cup of water and let it tender. check the consistency of water.

As the water starts to reduce and mutton gets tender, add grid Onion and Mix, then add the mutton stock and cook on low flame.

Put Parsley, mint leaves and green chillies and let it boil on low flame.

its consistency will be watery not thick .
