ARABIC KUNAFA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kunafa dough
  • cream cheese
  • Cream
  • Sugar for syrup
  • Butter
  • Aluminium foil

How to prepare Arabic Kunafa:

Melt butter in a bowl and then add Cream and cream cheese. whisk it properly until its texture becomes smooth and creamy.. Now add a little milk to light it,keep aside.

After that prepare the syrup for kunafa. Boil 1 cup sugar in 1/2 cup water let it boil then keep it aside.

Now to prepare it. Take medium or small size Aluminium foil, grease it and pour the half crushed kunafa dough. press it with hands and then pour on the cream and cheese. evenly spread with spoon and the pour the remaining half dough of kunafa.

Lable it to the corner and bake it for 20 minutes on 350 degrees on until it becomes golden from the top.

Take it out and pour the syrup thoroughly.

Cut into pieces and Enjoy !!!
